Note: - To confirm that the accommodation you want will be on hand please make your booking as soon as possible.
All reservations and contracts are accepted on the basis that the client accepts the camp rules and current booking conditions whether they have read them or not.
Provisional bookings by telephone, fax or email are accepted but must be confirmed within seven days.
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of 100% of the total cost of your holiday. You will be sent a 'confirmation of booking' by return email after getting the deposit.
All bookings made within the 15 days prior to your holiday start date must be paid in full when your booking is made.
If the booking is made at the last minute and the payment cannot be deposited in our bank account, guests have the option to pay the full and final payment at the campsite in cash at the time of check-in, failing which check-in can be denied at our discretion.
We should be informed of any change in the number of participants or cancellations immediately and we reserves the right to levy service/ cancellation charges as per details below. If the cancellation is made :-
25 days in advance - 0% cancellation charge 14 days in advance - 25% Cancellation charge 7 days in advance - 50% Cancellation charge
Less than 7 days - 100% Cancellation charge
Note: - If any part of a package is not availed, refunds cannot be claimed for and neither is any part of package exchangeable with some other services. In case extension of a tour is required, supplement as applicable would be paid directly to us by the clients.
Check-In and Check-Out Times
Accommodation will be available from 1400 hrs on the day of arrival. If you intend to arrive after 1700 hrs then please let us know in advance. Accommodation must be vacated by 1200 hrs the day of departure. Late arrivals or early departures will not receive a refund for any holiday missed.
When hire vans are not vacated by the departure time shown on the contract, we reserve the right to make an extra charge, particularly when cleaning staff are delayed as a result.
Damage and Breakages
Any breakages must be reported and paid for. If breakages have not been reported then we reserve the right to charge for repair or replacement, payable on demand.
Unreasonable or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated and we reserve the right to refuse entry or expel anyone who is behaving badly and causing upset to other holidaymakers. In such cases, we will not provide a refund for holiday days lost.
We do not accept responsibility for any items that you have left behind. If you think that you have left something behind then please let us know as soon as possible as your accommodation may be occupied by another customer. Items found can only be posted to you when we have received the cost of the postage. Items not claimed within 14 days may be disposed of.
Children must not be left unattended in the units. Children must be continuously supervised by an adult who is to be totally responsible for their welfare and behaviour.
